Staff

The treatment team at Hillcrest Washington Youth Home is a team of qualified and well-trained and professional individuals in the field of residential care for youth.

The staff at Hillcrest includes licensed clinical social workers, masters level counselors, an educational, activities and admissions coordinator, a registered nurse and youth care workers.

Staff members receive, at a miniumum of, the following ongoing trainings: principles and practices of child care; family relationships and the impact of separation; behavior management techniques (Cornell Therapeutic Crisis Intervention); identification and reporting of child abuse; and adult and children CPR and First Aid, along with several other trainings.
