Assessment

Each new patient is seen for an initial mental health assessment to determine the diagnosis and the functioning level of the patient and to develop a treatment plan with specific objectives. The assessment generally takes about one hour. The patient is a key part of providing input in the development of a treatment plan. All clinical information is confidential.
