Our Medical Records (Health Information Management) team is here to help protect and manage your health information. This team includes our Chief Compliance and Privacy Officer, Quality and Compliance Manager, and HIM Assistants.

We work to ensure your medical records are safely stored, accurate, and easily accessible when needed for your care. This includes handling requests to release your protected health information (PHI) and ensuring we follow all privacy and security guidelines. Your health and privacy are our top priority.
